Jake Shuford is obsessed with stories, especially ones that leave your jaw on the floor when the last page gets turned.

Jake started reading at an early age, with Brian Jacques’ Redwall tempting him with its pages. And once he opened that first page, it was game over. He never stopped reading.

​A native from Alabama, Jake moved to Colorado in 2012 and hasn’t looked back since. He enjoys skiing, pickleball, and pretty much lives on the tennis court when not working his medical device job. When he’s not working or playing tennis, he’s bent over his computer typing out ridiculous ideas. Ultimately, Jake wants to create a story that will allow people to escape from the hustle of their daily lives.
