Millie Abecassis is a writer of adult speculative fiction born and raised in France. After graduating from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University with degrees in law and philosophy and completing a master’s degree, she moved to the United States where she’s been living ever since.

She is the author of multiple novellas, novelettes, and short stories published with independent publishers. Beyond her writing, Millie is the founder of #SmallPitch and the co-founder of the Small Spec Book Awards, two initiatives aiming at supporting writers and independent publishers. She is also an active member of the Book Inkers writing group at Books Inc Mountain View.
