Hailey Lind is a writer of speculative fiction for both teens and adults. She draws on her experience as a registered nurse to help craft realistic healing plans—and injuries—for her characters. Having grown up on an island in western Canada, Hailey has always felt a deep connection to the ocean, which inspired her to write her debut novel, A SEA OF FADED STARS. When not writing, Hailey can be found working around her hobby farm or on a hike with her two dogs.
