M.A. Seaman is a Lower YA novelist passionate about genre blending, mysteries, cinematic sequences, and speculative fiction that creates adventure and just a tad bit of magic within the real world.

 She holds BAs in English with an Emphasis in Creative Writing and Political Science from the University of Washington, where an earlier draft of her YA novel was awarded the Charlotte Paul Reese Prize for Fiction. Her work was also published in the university’s speculative fiction journal, AU: Straying from Reality. 

 M.A. Seaman currently resides in the Pacific Northwest. When she’s not writing, you can find her skiing, rock climbing, watching Disney movies, or planning her next adventure.
